This Privacy Policy ("Policy") aims to clearly and transparently explain how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect your personal information through our websites, mobile applications, customer support, SENCI Power Solutions, and other related services (collectively, "Services"). This Policy applies to all SENCI Services unless otherwise covered by a separate, specific privacy policy; where a separate privacy policy exists, its terms shall prevail, and matters not explicitly covered therein shall still be subject to the terms of this Policy.

By accessing or using our Services in any way, you signify that you have fully read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Policy and consent to us processing your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with any term of this Policy, you should immediately cease accessing and using all SENCI Services.
I. Key Definitions
- Personal Information: Refers to any information that, alone or in combination with other information, can identify a specific natural person. The specific scope is defined in accordance with the personal information protection laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., EU GDPR, US CPRA, China's Personal Information Protection Law).
- Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, damage personal reputation, physical or mental health, or infringe upon other legitimate rights and interests. This includes biometric information, financial account information, precise geolocation data, travel tracks, health information, etc., as specifically defined by the laws of your jurisdiction and explicitly listed in this Policy.
- Cross-Border Data Transfer: Refers to the act of transferring your personal information from the jurisdiction where it was collected to other countries or regions for processing.
- De-identification/Anonymization: Refers to the process of processing personal information using technical means so that it cannot identify or be associated with a specific natural person and cannot be restored; information that has been de-identified/anonymized is no longer considered personal information.
II. Personal Information We Collect and Methods of Collection
(A) Scope of Personal Information Collected
We only collect personal information necessary for providing the Services, based on the legitimate purposes stated in this Policy. This includes:
- Account-Related Information: Your name, email address, contact phone number, username, password, and country/region provided when you register for a SENCI account. If you are an installer, this also includes your company name and business address.
- Device-Related Information: Information about the device you use to access the Services (such as IP address, MAC address, CPU information, memory information, SD card information, operating system version, device serial number), network log information (such as access date and time, pages viewed, referral source), and Internet of Things (IoT) device data (such as device location, device logs, usage history, operational status).

Service-Related Information:
- Electricity Usage Data: Information generated after you connect SENCI equipment to your home grid, such as solar power generation information, current data between the grid and home/battery.
- Location Information: Bluetooth connection information, time zone information, latitude, longitude, and altitude information required for installing, activating, and managing devices (used for equipment adaptation and service optimization, not for unrelated marketing).
- Order and Transaction Information: Shipping address provided when placing an order, and payment-related information (payment information will be processed directly by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete payment account details).
- Communication and Support Information: Records of communications (including time, subject, content) when you contact customer support; personal photos, videos uploaded when resolving issues or modifying personal information (used only for problem verification and resolution).
- Third-Party Account Information: When you log in to the Services using a third-party account such as Facebook or Google, we may obtain your name, username, and profile picture from the third party (only the minimum information necessary to facilitate the login is obtained; we do not have access to your third-party account password).
